Access to quality healthcare services means that people of the country can get medical care whenever they need it without encountering difficulty such as cost, distance or cast discrimination. Quality healthcare refers to a person who can get appropriate healthcare services in a timely manner which includes presence or absence of financial and non-financial barriers.(Escarce & Kapur, 2006).
In patients’ life, quality healthcare services play a vital role for the betterment of patients and healthcare professionals. Quality healthcare services comprises to the facility of medical care that is safe, patient centered, effective and timely managed. quality healthcare services created rules in medical care, standardization care for patients, promotes patient safety and management.(Varkey et al., 2007).
